WHO'S BEHIND THIS
Built by an operator, not a developer
HostAI Solutions was founded by Josh Ball, who spent 30 years running customer-facing businesses at their most unforgiving — restaurants, premium hotels, wineries and multi-venue precincts, from the floor to the executive suite. Along the way he built and owned three of his own: a wine bar named Best Restaurant/Café in Australia, an award-winning Asian restaurant, and an online wine business and advisory.
That matters, because Josh hasn't just seen the problems this technology solves — he owned them. The phone ringing out mid-rush. The 1-star review sitting unanswered all weekend. The enquiry going cold because the whole team was on the floor. And they're the same problems in every local business: a bistro's missed call is a dental clinic's, is a plumber's. If a system can hold up through a Friday night service — the hardest test of speed, pressure and customer care there is — it will hold up in yours.
None of this technology existed when Josh needed it in his own venues. It does now — and every client works directly with him. No account managers, no ticket queues, no explaining your business twice.
